1. You may only register with an email address where we can actually contact you. The service is provided without any form of warranty. filk.nl is allowed to change the terms in the distant or near future if it sees reason to do so. Spam is not allowed.

2. What you write or the content to which your link refers must not be contrary to the law and good morals. Otherwise, filk.nl can remove the link/page immediately. The same if the site/page you are referring to does not exist or no longer exists.

3. To keep links (especially short links) available for other users, the following also applies.

- filk.nl can remove links/pages with 2 characters or less after 'filk.nl/' and/or with popular names:

-- if they have not been used* for more than 12 months;

-- if they have not been used for more than 6 months and at the same time have been used less than 3 times in 9 months.

- Other links/pages can be removed if they have not been used for more than 24 months.

4. Plus package

You start with the free Starter Package with a limited number of links/pages. Do you want more service and more links/pages? Send an email to info@filk.nl with your username with which you registered. We can then offer you the Plus package, also free!
